I was so not happy about the same email you received. I actually felt sick to my stomach. Especially since we are now one of the 40 families on the SN list and because of this the agency is not getting new WC!!!!
If it's not one thing, it's another. I am pi$$ed to say the least. Why can 224 other agencies get their sh*t together and get accreditation but ours can't??? Let's not discuss this even more because it just plain sucks.
