Strap on the feed bag

(Christie, look the other way)

I decided to clean out the fridge and try to be creative for dinner tonight. I had some asparagus, some frozen haricots verts, a few roma tomatoes, and some parmasan cheese. I had my homeboy pick up some shrimp on the way home tossed it with some olive oil, garlic, and a splash of half and half, nutmeg, S&P and voila, dinner!

That looks delicious... will have to try that one... you were asking how many WW points were in the pancakes - have no idea... I don't 'count' points... just cut down on stuff... the pancakes weren't huge... I made mine smaller and had 3 of them and a small tub of yoghurt... on them I had honey... I refuse to use the word 'diet'... bad word... hehe... take care

Actually, that looks pretty darn healthy, just a splash of half and half and olive oil. Good job, Cheffarino!

Lisa I wish I could tell you where Mike found that T-shirt, but he has literally hundreds of cool Ts like that, and I doubt he even remembers. Most of them he gets online, though, so if you were to google Geometry T, chances are you could find it.
